Return and Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — ThemePlug

ThemePlug digital products, including downloadable Shopify theme files, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.

Please review the product description before purchasing. Basic Shopify editing skills are required. Customers are responsible for installing, editing, customizing, and using the downloaded files. Full installation and customization services are not included unless specifically stated.

If you receive incorrect files or experience a technical issue with the files provided, please contact us with your order number so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

2. Physical Products — Rockstar Streetwear T-Shirt

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the shirt must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

• Digital downloads that have been delivered or made available for download, except where required by law.

• Shirts that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned in an unsellable condition.

• Items returned outside the applicable return period, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for physical returns.

6. Refunds

Once an eligible returned shirt is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Digital product refunds are handled according to the digital product policy above and applicable law.

7. Order Cancellations

Physical shirt orders may be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return policy applies.

Digital orders generally cannot be canceled once the files have been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.
